General Shipping and Payment Information

Once your payment is received, your order will be immediately forwarded to our supplier for processing.

Currently, our packages have a delivery time of 5-10 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery to parcel stations or postal numbers is only possible by providing the following information: station number and reservation number of the parcel compartment.

Shipping Costs

To ensure high customer satisfaction, we limit the shipping costs to €0.00.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery within Germany will occur within 5-10 business days, and for international deliveries, within 5-10 business days after order confirmation (for prepayment agreements, this is from the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries do not occur on Sundays and public holidays.

In general, we always have all items in stock. However, if we do need to produce items, this will be done within 2 business days. If you have ordered multiple items, we will naturally ship them in one package.
